Records and Planning Assistant
This role is to produce, update and maintain records of completed works. This includes mapping records of pipe routes on scaled plans, Pressure Test Certificates Valve Records and Governor Records. Produce, update and maintain architectural and building services drawings, working alongside our projects team, on-site M&E engineers, clients and external consultancy services.
This role is to establish and maintain a close relationship with client, customer, GT, iGT, MAM, direct labour, contractors and sub-contractors throughout all stages of the project execution. Assemble and manage the necessary resources from SEL and external sources to deliver a commercially, financially and technically satisfactory project within the approved budget.
Project Manager – Quotations
This role is to support the business on all project co-ordination, project management and quotation matters, meeting with customers, suppliers and contractors, assessment of scope, initial design, gathering information as required necessary to prepare suitable quotations to customers.
The role is to support Squire Energy (SEL) with metering works, handling work requests, exceptions, queries and completions, and interacting with gas suppliers, service providers and end consumers.
